i have one month till homecomming.
what can i do to get a flatter stomach? dont like paltes or yoga. is there anything else?
Try crunches, sit-ups, and oblique crunches to build lean muscle and get a tighter stomach. Also, do cardio 3-5 times a week to burn the fat off the belly. You also have to maintain a good diet with fruits, vegetables, lean meats, whole grains and try to lay off the starches and carbohydrates. Cardio kickboxing is a good way to tone and burn fat as well.
