Mass Weight

What is the difference between mass and volume and what is weight and mass measured in?????????????
ok so what is weight and mass measured in and what is the difference between mass and weight. and which one can change due to location?
What is the difference between mass and volume
Mass measures the amount of stuff (physical matter) that an object contains.
Volume is the amount of space the object occupies.
ok so what is weight and mass measured in and what is the difference between mass and weight. and which one can change due to location?
Mass measures the amount of protons, neutrons, and electrons in an object. This number can not change, unless some of the protons, neutrons, and electrons are removed or added to the object
Weight measures the attractive force between the earth and the object
We say weight = 9.8 * mass on the surface or the earth. However, when the astronauts were on the moon, their weight = 1.62 * mass. Weight depends on the mass of the 2 objects and the distance the person is from the center of mass of the planet or moon. The moon has less mass than the earth, and its radius is less, so its gravity is less than the earth’s gravity.
